I was fortunate enough to receive a visit from the Mysterious WHHH Moose last week. She arrived at the door of Terra Firma Cosmetics shortly after the lunch hour on Wed, Oct 28th. Looking a bit worse for wear, I asked her what her story was. She informed me that she had been traveling around points of interest in the Raymond and South Bend area.

She began her journey by running with a herd of Elk over at the lodge in Raymond. After realizing she wasn’t an Elk but was a much more distinguished Moose, she headed over to the Legion for a light drink. It wasn’t long before she became quite fatigued and decided to trot on over to Jensen’s to see if they had any sales on a good comfy couch. Abby, Jensen Furniture Store owner quickly found her resting peacefully on their most comfortable Lane recliner. Abby offered her a stellar deal on the recliner and arranged for it to be delivered the very next day.

Next, the mysterious lady moose found herself being escorted over to the Raymond Liquor Store where she received some great conversation and some holiday cheer from shop owner, Rebecca Lavinder. While spending time with Rebecca she told her that she was feeling a bit worse for wear and wanted to know where she could go and freshen up. Rebecca sent Lady Moose over to Terra Firma Cosmetics.

The ladies of Terra Firma Cosmetics were pleased to make her acquaintance and happily offered a free facial as well as a makeover with some of the new items out in their winter collection. Feeling quite refreshed The Mysterious Lady Moose headed out the door.

I’m not quite sure where she wound up from there. Rumor has it she has been spotted over at the Raymond Federal Bank. Perhaps she was looking to set up an account for the donations she collects at each of her stops. The donations go directly to the Willapa Harbor Helping Hands to benefit local cancer patients. To be honest I think she might be over at Pioneer Grocery. She mentioned something about wanting to try out the tasty new deli counter they have there. Well, if you spot her let me know. She borrowed my hot pink undies when she was here and I was hoping to get them back.

Dori
